Sea Kayak coaching day: Initial ideas are to head to somewhere in the area of Largs / Seamill and paddle from there, exact plan will depend on who is interested and the weather, so will be confirmed late in the week. Will probably look at manouvering and rescues – along with anything else that conditions present, or folks are interested in on the day.
