A days coaching on the sea, probably based from Largs Marina, but will be weather and group dependent. We will probably meet at the boatshed around 9am and be back early evening depending on how the day goes, and if everyone is happy to go for a coffee / ice cream when we come off the water etc (not a requirement 🙂 ).
This should suit anyone looking to try touring on the open water and we’ll go for a short trip and look at various ways of influincing the boat to go where you want it. We will use Facebook or e-mail to coordinate as we will need to have enough people with cars to transport the boats and people.
You will need to bring a complete change of clothes and a packed lunch that should be in waterproof containers (and a hot drink would be a good idea) and if you have one, a wetsuit would be a good idea – the club does have some that can be borrowed.
