Thanks for completing your member form. You now need to set up a direct debit to pay your club fees
The club uses Direct Debit to collect regular payments such as subscriptions, storage fees, training fees etc.
We use a Direct Debit collection company called GoCardless Ltd. to collect payments on our behalf. They hold your bank details on their secure servers. The club does not hold any bank details. Your bank statement will show direct debit payments to GoCardless, with a reference including ‘GKC’.
Whenever we ask for a payment from your account, you will receive an email from GoCardless at least 3 days before the money is collected. If you are not happy with the payment, you can contact us about it before it is taken. Under the Direct Debit Guarantee, you can cancel the Direct Debit mandate at any time by contacting your bank, and claim back any disputed payment without question.
You only need to set up a Direct Debit once for each bank account. If you want to make multiple payments from a single account, for example membership for several family members, or membership and storage fees, contact us and let us know.
