Due to the canal still being frozen, we’re having to change the plans to attend “what floats your boat” workshop presentation. We will now be training at Pinkston 12pm till 2pm all age groups. There will be no paddling session but we might go for a run before the indoor session, so please bring suitable clothing.

Swimming session this Wednesday (28th January) times have changed from 6.30 to 7pm till 8pm, this is only for this week Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. The swimming course is fully booked, so if you have not already booked your place you will not be able to get a swim.

What a fantastic first week back, great to see so many people turn up for the sessions. Everyone worked so well on Tuesday in the first circuit of the year. A massive well done to everyone that came to the session on Thursday who braved the weather to go for a run. Keep up the great work everyone.
