Then/Now Barge Pull

Last weekend a few of us got together to take part in the Barge Pull as part of the Then/Now project. The object of the exercise was to have different groups pull a working barge with around 10 tons of timber on board as far as possible in 2 minutes. Announcing white water coaching sessions at Pinkston
